Biosurfit aims to expand its diagnostic portfolio with an innovative point-of-care (POCT) test for sepsis, featuring protein and genetic biomarker panels. In partnership with i3S, the project utilises isothermal amplification and microfluidic technologies for rapid and accurate analysis of capillary blood samples. This solution addresses the global need for fast diagnostics, strengthening biosurfit’s competitive position and opening opportunities for new applications and markets.
